Community Guidelines
Our book club is grounded in mutual respect, accountability, and a shared willingness to grow. We believe in transformative justice over punitive punishment, and in giving each other the opportunity to reflect, repair, and learn. At the same time, sexist, racist, ageist, homophobic, xenophobic, classist, or otherwise elitist behavior and perspectives are not welcome here and will not be tolerated. We have zero tolerance for physical harm, assault, threats, or intimidation of any kind. We do not believe in leveraging one voice over another; speak from your own experience, remain open to having your perspective challenged, and practice listening as much as you speak. This space depends on balance, care, and collective responsibility.
